What is real health and how do we get there? Lose your target weight, exercise every day, eat a balanced diet – Is it health? Here are 7 super health tips that I get from my health trip.
Super Health Tip # 1 – Become your own doctor – Get the 2nd opinion – yourself. Three important facts about the doctor today. First, they have a little, if any, nutritional training, or how to prevent or cure diseases. Second, they treat your symptoms, not the cause, and third, statistics show that 94% of them are paid for prescribing drugs. 3 good reasons for the 2nd opinion.
Super Health Tip # 2 – Balance is very important. The chair has 3 feet – only one or two and you fall. What you eat determines 70% of your health. Sports determines 20% – do something. Your health environment, both internally, the way you think and feel, and externally, your social network, is 10%.
Super Health Tip # 3 – Find Super Foods. All foods provide better nutrition, more energy, and build a stronger immune system. Eat grains and seeds in cereals and bread, and wheat seeds, bran and yeast beer. Eat fruits and vegetables and drink green smoothies, fruit smoothies with 2 or 3 green vegetables added. Super Health Tip # 4 – Invest you. You educate yourself, spend thousands in your home and car. Invest in your body – for the best results during your life. Take Nutrition Course – Read some health books. Learn what builds health and what causes degenerative diseases (tip: that’s what you eat). Read Chinese studies to revolutionize your life.
Tip super health # 5 – your self discipline – no one else can. Become a closet health peanut year after year. Don’t broadcast it – live it. Many people care more about their cars than their bodies – and spend more time planning their vacation rather than taking care of the temple where they live. Don’t be one of them. Combine what you learn in your lifestyle.
Super Health Tip # 6 – Health is a trip. Your body is magical tough. You can recover from obesity, alcoholism, drug addiction, and from abusing your body. Your health is always determined by what you did in the previous 3 months in your life. Committed to and becoming healthier, and turned on to the 80s and 90s, and even 100s with joy, enthusiasm, and inner energy.
Super Health Tip # 7 – Vegetarian 95%. The proof is now conclusive. Fat, cholesterol, triglycerides, and carcinogenic proteins of dairy and milk products clogging us, limiting our blood flow, reducing oxygen to our cells, making us slow, causing high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease and cancer. Cut 95% meat and milk. Fruits, vegetables, and seeds are heavenly when your tongue does not filter it through a layer of fat, oil, salt, and sugar. Eat sensational DVDs document everything.
